GreenLight is an AI-powered immigration interview practice tool. The Service allows users to practice answering questions that may be asked during USCIS immigration interviews.
3. Not Legal Advice
GreenLight is a practice and preparation tool only. It does not provide legal advice. The questions, responses, and feedback generated by the Service are for educational and practice purposes only. They should not be relied upon as legal counsel. For legal guidance regarding your immigration case, consult a licensed immigration attorney.
4. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
5. Free Questions and Purchases
- New users receive a limited number of free practice questions.
- Additional questions can be purchased through the Service.
- All purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe.
- Purchased questions do not expire.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used less than 10 questions from your purchased balance. To request a refund, contact us at greenlight.usa1@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free question limits
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, content, features, and functionality, is owned by GreenLight and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your practice session transcripts belong to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Practice questions will match your actual USCIS interview
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated content will be completely accurate
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenLight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to the outcome of any immigration interview or application.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
